Where are your cushions made?

All Design Den Down Under cushions and inserts are manufactured here in Australia. 

Do your cushions covers come with inserts?
Yes, all of Design Den Down Under cushions come with polyfibre inserts made in Australia. 

Can I pick up my order?

No, Design Den Down Under is online only. All orders will be posted.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are generally dispatched within 3-5 business days. If your fabric choice is out of stock, we will advise you of the delay and the estimated time of delivery.

What are your payment methods?

We currently accept payment by credit card, PayPal and AfterPay.

Can I checkout with AfterPay?

Yes, you are able to 'Shop Now, Pay Later' with AfterPay at Design Den Down Under. You will need an AfterPay account to complete your purchase. AfterPay allows you to pay for your order in four equal payments over 60 days. Find out more on the AfterPay website.

How do I register for a wholesale account?

Do you deliver to New Zealand?

Yes. We are now delivering to New Zealand with a $30 flat rate up to 2kg.  If the order is in excess of 2kg we need you to Contact Us so that we can give you the additional shipping cost prior to Checkout.
