We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or Made to Order items unless damaged, faulty or otherwise covered by the “consumer guarantee” provisions of the Australian Consumer Law. We also cannot accept return of items damaged through normal wear and tear.
Damaged in transit products must be reported within two (2) days of receipt.
CONTACT US within 30 days of receiving your items should you have any problems with the quality of the products. If applicable, we can arrange a refund or exchange once we have received the item back and have inspected it.
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed. Should you require a refund, we will credit your original method of payment.
All products must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
